Acen, Yay!So, I went to Acen this weekend, ton of fun. First day I dressed up as pre-bracelet/virus/whatever-you’d-call-it Kite, second I dressed up as Yellow from Pokémon adventures/special, though I changed out of that after a bit because the boots were killing me, (I still can’t feel my feet...) and changed to my “Ninja” cosplay; which was a Naruto leaf head band and a t-shirt with the words “I am a Ninja” in sparkly pink letters, last day I wore my Kite cosplay again.
I so happy, I got to go to the .hacker’s panel, only one I went to, but it was great! I got a free poster for answering a question and a Haseo figure (though it’s the one that came with the first .hack game, so I already had it...) just for cosplaying. They had all the .hack cosplayers come up, only three people, including myself, went up.
There was a Tsukasa, a Kite (your’s truly), and a Haseo. Heh, all three main characters form the main series. People voted for the best one, which most agreed was the guy dressed as Haseo, I mean whoo, that costume was amazing. Even the kid dressed as Tsukasa was pointing to him. Of course there were a couple people cosplaying as other characters outside .hack, like someone who I think was dressed as Keichii from Higurashi. 
Later, a couple people even recognized that I was cosplaying Pre-braclet Kite after. I even wound up learning some new things I didn’t know about .hack, (What? Something I didn’t know about .hack, I didn’t think it was possible, anymore?!? 
) but some of it, I wasn’t too happy to hear, I heard CyberConnect2 is saying that the new PSP game, .hack//LINK will wrap up the series. Which may be a good thing; it’s never goes well when series go on to long... I guess... They said they’d be there next year, and I hope they are. (Hopefully at a more covenant time, I mean really 2:00-3:00 on Friday, most kids are in school at that time. )So many Ls... L has to be the easiest to pull off, lame... Though there was one good one you had a Death Note in their pants like L would carry one. Saw lot of Death Note, Naruto, Bleach, vocaliods, Reborn, characters, Nekus. Even saw someone dressed as Akira and Kengo from Monochrome Factor, that made me happy! I really wish I had gotten a picture of them.... Oh, and there was this really good one of Lucy from Elvin Lied, she had that professor from that one part’s bald head and the helmet at the beginning. Other than me and the people at the .hacker panel, I saw another person dressed as Tsukasa. .hack needs more love! But a couple people took my picture, and one girl even ran up and hugged me!
I’ll be posting the pictures I took soon. I think I’ll work one my Pre-Virus Kite costume some more for next year.
